History:
USDG was founded in 2009 in one of the most challenging real estate markets in NYC’s history. The company brought together the forces of savvy and experienced members of the Chinese community. USDG’s experienced principals utilize a disciplined investment approach in selectively identifying opportunities that achieve from about 50% – 100% return per project to investors by the past successful projects depend on various project size and location. U.S. Developments Group has deep knowledge of the industries in which it invests. USDG has the partnership of a premium construction firm providing services of Licensed Engineers, Architectural Designers, Interior Designers, and workers from all Construction Trades. The shared assets of an 16,000 SF warehouse and storage space and 5,000 SF kitchen and bath showroom space help showcase and elevate the quality of work. In the course of executing investments and operating portfolio companies, U.S. Development Group has developed a team of investment professionals with significant sector-specific expertise and relationships with leading companies, institutions and individuals worldwide.
